We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.
In general:
- Customer and supplier information is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for up to 6 years after the end of that relationship, to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Financial and transaction records are retained for 6 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
- Marketing data is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, after which it will be deleted or suppressed.
- Enquiry and correspondence data is typically retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction, unless it forms part of a contractual relationship.
We regularly review the personal information we hold and securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.
